Hello, I have read dozens of posts and cannot find an answer that addresses how to configure my hotmail.com e-mail account in Outlook Mac 2011 (error). No matter what settings I try, i continue to get the following error after configuring the mail program (error2). I have included my mail setting in error 3.

I have not seen a solution. Since Hotmail and Outlool are Microsoft produce/service post in Microsft's forum
I just removed my Microsoft Office 2011 and my Hotmail account synced up with no issues.

No, I was just mentioning that I was no longer using Microsoft on my Mac, but when I did use it I did not have an issue.
Did you have a read of the article I linked to in my previous reply? I believe it was the article I used to set it up on my computer a few years ago, but I'm not positive.
NO, the option is no longer available and does not work. I have researched and read several solutions, all of which I tried but none work. It appears they no longer "play well" together!
