From store display mode, how do I reformat to obtain my iPad Air 2 factory settings?

Q: From display mode how do I do a complete reformat to get to my factory settings?
Tap Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Settings and Content. Or connect it to iTunes on your computer and Restore it.
