After i changed apple ID password i cant sign in to facetime

Update your Facetime password, too.

To change the Apple ID open Settings and go to ALL the following places - sign out of all of them and then sign back in:

iCloud, iTunes & App Store, Messages, FaceTime, and Game Center if you use it.
