Chrome on ipad pro

in chrome there is no chrome menu toolbar at the top of the page

I don't have it either. That is the way that it is supposed to be. Go to the App Store and check out the description (see screenshot below). Chrome for iOS is lightweight in comparison to Chrome for OS X or Windows.

Have you tried a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?

Is this what you're looking for ? If yes then if MichelPM's reset doesn't work try deleting and re-installing the app.

If it still doesn't appear you'll need to contact Google to make sure the app is compatable with the Pro.
