Outlook 2013

I have icloud on my PC. I have an iphone 5C with icloud. I want to move outlook calendar and task features to my iphone. When I research this the Internet tells me to load icloud control panel but the process is to load icloud. I'm very confused as the download is asking permission to delete icloud.
