rebooted my ipad 2, it will not come on

I rebooted my ipad 2, it will not come on. I get itones and a plug in cord after the apple was on for a few minutes.

Hi. If this If you see the Connect to iTunes screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support is what you see, you need to restore the iOS as described in the instructions.
