Q: forgot answers on security questions&mail is blocked

& mail account is blocked

there is two ways to reset password or questions: recieve link on my a.*****@icloud.com (which was blocked) or give answers my security questions which is forgotten

what can I do to log out this apple ID from my Ipad?
