Q: Homebrew has enabled anonymous aggregate user behaviour analytics

I installed Homebrew with this command in the Terminal: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" Then I read "Homebrew has enabled anonymous aggregate user behaviour analytics

Read the analytics documentation (and how to opt-out) here: https://git.io/brew-analytics" and as I didn't know how to opt-out" or uninstall so I wrote this new command "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/uninstall)". Note! I changed the install to uninstall and I did the install/uninstall 2 times (too long to explain why...) and when the uninstall completed it wrotes:

Removing Homebrew installation...

==> Removing empty directories...

==> Homebrew uninstalled!

You may want to restore /usr/local's original permissions

  sudo chmod 0755 /usr/local

  sudo chown root:wheel /usr/local

Did I do anything wrong? Instead of restoring or fixing which I wouldn't know how (beginner) am thinking to erase my HD and re-install a fresh new copy because security privacy clean no cluttered HD is what matters to me FIRST

Any comment or advice to all the above? Thanks!
