Q: Where is the "Menu" button in iTunes?

Here's a screenshot of iTunes with an iTunes Help window on top of it.  Help says to click on the Menu button at the upper left of iTunes, but as you can see, no such button is present in iTunes.  Is there some special secret key or key combination I have to press to make it visible?  (The Alt key would be the logical one but it is useless).

I just want to make a backup of my iPhone using iTunes, as at About backups for iOS devices - Apple Support it is claimed to be possible.  However I am discovering that Apple Help is so poorly written as to be essentially useless, and everything must be done by brute force -- manually backing up my iPhone on a PC *WITHOUT* iTunes loaded on it is the only way I've been able to figure out how to do it, and then of course I'm limited in what I can back up because not all things are visible.  I believe Apple would not go to so much trouble to build its software and hardware and write documentation if it didn't work at all, but there appears to be a consistent failure to be specific enough in the documentation to actually accomplish anything.   Like this one example, referencing a nonexistent Menu button.  EVERY Apple help page is like this though!  WHAT IS THE SECRET, I wonder?

Oh never mind on this question, I see now that the Menu is ALREADY open, contrary to what the Help suggests is the normal case for Windows 7 and 8.  I'm using Windows 10 so either iTunes runs differently on Windows 10 or the documentation is just out of date.  So let's see if the second step might be possible...

The documentation is out of date. For several builds iTunes hid the menu bar by default and it could be revealed using a keyboard shortcut or a small unintuitive widget that only held about 20% of the standard menus at the top left. This has thankfully been discarded.
