Aug 29, 2016 12:50 AM in response to Storshineby Ella Fitzgerald,Hello, try to make a light reset of your iPhone. If that won't help, you can make a hard reset like it's described in this article http://www.macworld.co.uk/how-to/iphone/how-reset-iphone-how-reset-ipad-how-wipe -iphone-or-ipad-3596892/
Remember to back up your iPhone before you make a hard reset.
