You can get help with the Photos app from the help menu in the Photos app.

You may be using the wrong software then

Photos does not organize files at all - it only does virtual organization of Photos - the organization is only logical not physical - you can make copies of the Photos library to any disk formatted Mac OS extended (journaled) but the organization is only available using Photos

If you want to organize your files for use other that Photos then do not use Photos - import using Image capture and organize using the finder

I really don't think Photos is the wrong software if you want to organise things, I believe I organise things to my satisfaction with Photos, I have a number of folders with sub folders and albums within them, I rather suspect this is all you are after doing but you just want to know how.

You can either ask here about specific things or use the help files for more general learning.

Is this something similar to what you want to achieve.

th OP states they wan to physically organize their photo files

i want organize my photos on my Mac, like

Folder album ... Etc. And after i want keep this organization when i move or save my Photo library

in a other hard disk or in my iPhone if i want some of those Folder album.

Photo app is difficult to apply.

Photos does not do that - the finder does

Photos does a wonderful job of organizing Photos but it des not meet all users requirements - and when it does not it is not doing them any favors to refuse to help them but try to force them to use a different solution that they have already rejected

I find that people come here to get answers not to have others users start arguing and attacking fellow users for helping out with the anwer to the OP's question

Any organisation you do in Photos will be saved in your Photos Library and copied over, when you move the library to a different drive, or when you back it up with Time Machine.

In the Photos Help, that Winston Churchill pointed to, you may want to look at the section

"Organize photos in albums", i.e.                Create folders       https://help.apple.com/photos/mac/1.0/?lang=en#/pht211de0d6

I find the folders and albums easiest to use, when the sidebar is shown in Photos. By default it will be hidden, but you can toggle it on and off using the key combination option-command-S.  ⌥⌘S . Then you can arrange your albums and folders by dragging them around in the sidebar.

Sorry, I forgot to post the screenshot I referred to in my earlier post.

Is this something like you are looking to achieve...

Larry, it looks like we were talking at cross purposes here because of the ambiguity of "folders" - Photos has folders and albums, the Finder has folders. I read "I want organize my photos on my Mac, like Folder album .." as a reference to the albums and folders in Photos. Otherwise it would not make sense to me  to want to keep that organisation when the Photo Library is moved to another drive.

    @  Nicolafrom,

did you mean folders in the Finder or folders in the Photos Library?

    Thanks to @Winston Churchill, ok i understand the photo philosophy but, in the photo on mac and in the camera roll on iPhone and iPad, there are all photos organized with date and localization, so, to organized my photos, i can create an album with all photos in the same date?;

but i can have this album as a folder in a different hard disk?

    thanks

What do you mean in a different disk, are you asking if you can access your photos outside of the Photos app. If so no, not unless you export it, why would you want an album on another disk.

Because i'would like to have a copy of my photo organization, in this way, if i need another computer or hard disk to copy or to do the photo library backup i can find my album summer 2016 as in photo library.
