Hİ I from turkey but now live in gambia west africa ı am coming here six mounths ego for working

first time everythings is ok all is app working but now not connetion facetime whatsapp skype and someone app not working why? I have ipad air and iphone 5 but not working face time if ı used vpn chance app okey problem is going but ı am not used vpn change app not working.. This is very bad please tell me whats problem in gambia or other?.. thank you good working ı will wait your answer..
