Can I pay with paypal to increase storage and *** for my itunes?

I don't have a credit card. I have some money in my PayPal account for .99 a month. I love my photos and I love Google photos. Wait Google is my main backup which brings me to another question "can Google be my iPods backup"....??? I know it can for photos but I have so many photos I don't know which backup is which. I wish codid access the photos after they've been backed on Google so I could name them

Geez why does Apple have to be so difficult. Why can't everyone accept PayPal. 😔
