The backup can't be restored, 5s

My iPhone 5s got in really bad stuck and I had to restore to the factory setting and delete everything. After that I connected my phone to iTunes through the computer and started restoring the backup. It started fine but the lasting time was getting longer and longer. I left my phone loading through the night and in the morning it said it would still take 17 hours. I needed to disconnect my phone because I needed it elsewhere. Nothing seemed to be happen but later that day some of my previous pictures just appeared to my phone, but not all. After that I have multiple times tried to connect the phone again to iTunes through the computer, but even that won't always work anymore. When it does work, I try to restore the backup and it start's normally until a while my phone shuts itshelf (without me even being near it). I have all the latest updates, there's no other USBs connected, I have restarted everything but nothing works. I don't have those pictures and some other information elsewhere so I'd love to continue restoring the backup but what I can do? Thank you 🙂

Hello HelpNeededFast,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding you've been unable to successfully restore your iPhone 5s from a backup. Photos and videos are the most important content stored in my phone, so I know how important it is to be able to retrieve them. I am happy to help.
You've done a great job trying to get this resolved so far. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure that you have the latest version of iTunes.
  2. Connect your device to your computer with a USB cable, then select your device in iTunes. If your device doesn't appear in iTunes, you need to fix that issue before you can continue. Or, if you forgot your passcode or your device is disabled, learn what to do.
  3. Turn off both your computer and your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Then turn them on again.
  4. If you use a Mac, skip this step. If you use a Windows PC and iTunes won't respond or your backup never finishes, you might need to update, change, disable, or uninstall your security software.

If your iTunes backup couldn't be completed or you can't restore from a backup
If the issue persists please follow the remaining steps in the link above.
Have a wonderful day!
