Hi,  my MacBook Air mid 2011 has a Keyboard problem.  The keys from q till o are most of the time not working.

Any idea?

This is almost certainly a hardware issue - possible the keyboard ribbon is partially unplugged or damaged. Time to visit your friendly Apple service center.

    Thank you very much dwb,

I went to the Apple center without succes.  Good idea to unscrew the Air myself?

Could you describe your experience? Did you go to an Apple Store or an independent vendor?

I went to the Apple Store in Haarlem  The Netherlands on 21 April.

I bought a new iPad-pro, they where very helpful on that point!

In the mean time They "fixed" my Air.

When I came home (Corfu Greece) I found out after e few days

the problem came back and it gets wors every day.

Go back and give them a second chance. Sometimes the obvious problem causes  secondary issue to develop. My guess is the cable was loose and the tech reset it and tested. It worked then. Now it isn't which suggests the cable has worked loose again or the cable is damaged. IT can be hard to spot secondary problems like that.
