Q: Password help

Hello fellow Apple users. So yesterday I was trying to help my mom set up a new phone. She's trying to download a backup. The problem is

1. She forgot her password

2. In order to reset her password she needs fil out her credit card information to verify it's her account.

3. The credit card on file isn't here anymore because she got a new one. So she doesn't have that card's info anymore.

MEaning she can't get past the reseting process.

so is there a way I can help her without the credit card? Please help! She need her precious photos, to many memories will be lost.
