Q: Iphone 5s stay blocked with the with apple screen until battery get off
My Iphone 5s is not working, I downloaded the 9.3.5 update but I couldn't get installed, because Iphone get blocked on white apple screen. It doesn't work soft reset. Please Help. Regards

I Don't know what you call a soft reset, but did you try a forced restart? No data is lost with this procedure. Hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
If that is what you did and it didn't work, try restoring the device using recovery mode.
