Can anyone help me in explaining how I can transfer my Angry Bird levels from my old iPad to my new iPad? Thanks for your help.

Read the article I'll link below. It's how to set up your new device. Pay special attention to step #5, that covers restoring your new device from a backup
basically you will backup your old one, then when you set up the new one, you will restore that one from the backup you just made, It makes your new iPad a near clone of the old one.
