Aug 30, 2016 6:31 AM in response to Jcasey95by Cbowen215,I am having the same issue all of the sudden. After going through all the "tricks" you mentioned mentioned above. I then contacted AT&T support and they instructed me to go into the store to get a new SIM Card to fix the issue. Went into store and spoke with a "seasoned" employee (10+ yrs) and she installed the new card, but same result. She said its a phone issue and nothing she could do. Now I will say mine started after the new iOS 9.3.5 update and may be just coincidental but the next morning I started getting intermittent service and then by day 2 it was completely gone.
Phone says "Searching.." and then switches to "No Service"

Aug 30, 2016 7:40 AM in response to Cbowen215by Pheefersss,Same problem as you!! I just read that another person who had the same problem had decided to download iOS 10 Beta and by doing that it resolved this issue. However, I am on the phone with Apple right now and they said not to do that bc the iOS 10 Beta has other issues too.

Aug 30, 2016 9:39 AM in response to Jcasey95by Pheefersss,So I was on the phone with apple support and they had me delete the following apps: whatsapp, instagram, snapchat, and viber.
I told them that my phone didn't have signal issues until after I had downloaded the iOS 9.3.5, they believe that the following apps may have contained viruses/malware beforehand and downloading the new iOS 9.3.5 may have causes for signal dropping due to it interfering with the security issues that the update was trying to patch.
Currently, I am in contact with apple support and they are now having me restore my phone, although they not have informed whether I should set up as new phone or restore from backup.
Will let you know if anything with them works in fixing this issue!

Aug 30, 2016 9:40 AM in response to Pheefersssby Pheefersss,Also, another user had reported that they had updated to iOS 10 beta and the signal issues were resolved that way, but the apple support agent said that doing that may fix signal issues, but could cause other issues like unresponsive touch screen with the iOS 10 beta.

Aug 30, 2016 8:18 PM in response to Jcasey95by Pheefersss,After spending hours with Apple today, the only solution they found to fixing the signal issue was to completely wipe my phone and set up as a new phone. Let me know if you found any other solutions! thanks !
