My Touch-ID have stopped working after upgarding to IOS 9.3.5. Can you help ?

I have an Iphone 6s and after upgrading to 9.3.5 the Touch ID have stopped working. Ie today the Phone suddenly rebooted and after this reboot the Touch-ID have stopped working.

I have booted the phone 3 times but it didn't help. The finger logon is not blue but grayed.

Any recommendations for at solution/fix ?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.5
