Q: Is it possible to block a user on this forum?

I'm getting goaded by somebody whose intent here seems to be to provoke arguments, but looking at their profile I can't find a way to block them. Is there a feature like that on this forum?

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5), 8GB RAM yet it's still slow as heck

Using ASC probably gets a little more slack, plus the mods generally moderate when something is reported to them. If that post were reported as being off topic it might vanish just as quickly as any other.

    What happens:

    1. you post
    2. they post
    3. you post
    4. THEY REPORT
    5. your post(s) go POOF

Why? The Hosts are using "tunnel vision" to focus on your post(s) - the light shown upon them by your "adversary"

Why not theirs? No report - or - they have posted with "great care" as their experience has taught them.

BEST policy is to "walk away" when this occurs. This tactic is the first one taught in martial arts class - should be applicable to all of life's situation

I am offering this advice and analysis from MY experience. There are battles that you cannot win here - no matter how "right" you are.

    Howdy, amigo

Point me to where your "well crafted" couple of paragraphs on finding one's own content/activity might be found - I wanna show it to leonie

How to view previous questions I have asked?
