What browser are you using? Have you contacted their customer service and asked them what they recommend? Is the problem, perhaps, that you're using a mobile browser? Do they have an app you could use instead?

If you do wish to keep using the web interface, there are alternate browsers in the App Store (chrome, Firefox). Also if using a "mobile" web page version, try requesting the desktop site instead.
