Aug 29, 2016 3:06 PM in response to Diane Marinconzby elcpu,If your phone is not jailbroken (and I suspect it is not) and you did not accidentally download the photos, then you may have a corrupted system or app and would have to do a restore to fix.
First try holding down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears. You will not lose anything.
If a restart does not help try a System Restore. First backup your device using iTunes. Also import your photos to your computer and copy all important data if possible. Try restoring from backup first and testing it. If it does not help, you may have to restore as New and reconfigure from scratch as the backup could be corrupted. For this reason it is important to have your photos and data saved separately from the backup. Here are the steps for a Restore:

If the above steps do not help, you may have to have it tested at an Apple store.

Aug 29, 2016 4:09 PM in response to Diane Marinconzby ServiceEngineer78,Hi,
I would click on that shared "Family" album just for S**ts and giggles to see if they are in there. Whomever you are sharing that album with might have accidentally added them in that folder and it updated with this just recently so it shows at the bottom in your all photos. I know you said you didn't allow anyone to do this, but maybe the permission is there by mistake?
Just a thought.

What I meant by saving photos and data separately is to import the photos you do want to a computer and also copy any valuable documents so you will not lose them in case you have to restore as new. However if you suspect that your Apple ID has been compromised like Lawrence hinted above, you should follow the steps in this article:
