Q: iPhone not responding
Hello, I am trying to fix my daughter's iPhone 6. Genius Bar not available till Thursday and phone support was not able to help. When I do a hard reset the white screen with logo comes up temporarily, but even if I continue to hold the buttons down it does not turn on. Any advice?
