Q: Can't Log In

I have an iPod and an iPad.  For the last two weeks I have not been able to log in to Apple from either device.  It tells me that they are "unable to connect".  I changed my password.  I updated the iOS.  I *CAN* log in from a PC, just not either of those devices.  The problem with this is that I can't use my iTunes or make purchases or connect to the App store without signing in.  Is there any way to fix this issue?

iPod touch, iOS 9.3.5

    Hey there, roxxxydope!

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. After reading your post, I understand you're unable to sign into the iTunes and App Stores on your iPod and iPad, though your Apple ID and password work to sign in online. I download apps, music, and other content on my own iOS devices frequently, so I know how important it is to be able to connect. I'm happy to help!

To troubleshoot, try the steps under the "Fix the issue on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch" section of the following article.

If you can’t connect to the iTunes Store

    Cheers!
