My mac pro late 2013 wont connecto to 3rd monitor

I just got a couple Samsung 4K monitors and I plugged them in to my Mac Pro late 2013 model that has both AMD Firepro D700 video cards. I also want to plug in a 4K TV to my setup in order to show larger screen previews for clients. I have separated the connections of each monitor in the different bus ports as instructed in the Apple Website. Both monitors are plugged via thunderbolt and the TV is plugged in via HDMI. The problem is once I plug the TV one of the monitors loses signal completely. I have tried exchanging the ports connections between both monitors and the TV but the result is the same, the computer will only send signal to two of the three connected. I would appreciate it anyone knows how to fix this problem, thank you.

Are you saying you have two Thunderbolt monitors?

If not what is input on the monitors?

If not displayport/mini displayport inputs ui can only have two legacy connections (DVI or HDMI). For more than two you need an active adopter.

Is each device connected to a different Thunderbolt bus?
