Q: It is HDCP compliant but iTunes randomly decides it is not, sometimes playing movies in HD and sometimes in SD.

My computer is running Windows 10 Professional, a Dell Precision with ATi HD6450 video, plays BluRay using paid-for WinDVD and PowerDVD software (WinDVD is hands-down better, but PowerDVD has newer BluRay keys) on my Dell 20-inch HD monitor using DVI.  It is HDCP compliant but iTunes randomly decides it is not, sometimes playing movies in HD and sometimes in SD.  This has been an intermittent problem since Windows 7 was introduced, which is a long  time ago in computer terms.  So, when will Apple get their **** together?
