Q: Serial No not accepted
I have a problem with my iPad Pro. The device is a few days old, did well and is now dead. No function at all.
I tried a reset but nothing worked.
I want to request a repair but the support page doesn't accept the serial number of the iPad Pro although the iPad Pro is registered and shown on the same page with the same serial number!
Help!
