Q: 9.3.5 wont install via itunes
The other day I tried to install the newest ios update (9.3.5) and once it was finished it went blank, and on my screen came the iTunes logo and told me to connect to iTunes. Once I realized my phone had gone into recovery mode I connected my phone to iTunes and tried to restore all my data and update it again. It did NOT work!!!!! I have tried literally everything. My computer has the newest windows update and my iTunes app is also up to date. My computer also has up to date security settings and a strong wifi connection. Every time my phone was close to finishing I would get a pop-up that said "error iPhone cannot be restored at this time". Someone help me because I can't even access my phone!!!!!!!

Do you have any security software running besides Windows Defender? If so disable it temporarily.
Try Recovery Mode again this way:
Connect your device to your computer and open iTunes.
While your device is connected, force restart it: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home button for at least 10 seconds, and don't release when you see the Apple logo.
Keep holding until you see the recovery mode screen and wait for it to restore.
You may have to do the above more than once as recovery mode is difficult to get into.
Restore as New first and test it. Then restore from backup if desired. If the backup is corrupted it will likely bring back the issue.
