WhatsApp Messenger for iPhone does not currently include an Apple Watch app, so cannot be installed to your watch.
However, it is still possible to use WhatsApp Messenger to send quick and dictated replies from your watch (although this is not currently documented within the developer's support resources).
- First check the following notification settings:
- Within the WhatsApp Messenger app on your iPhone, go to: Settings > Notifications > check that Show Notifications is enabled for Messages and Groups.
- On your iPhone, go to: Settings > Notifications > WhatsApp - enable notifications.
- On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > Notifications > scroll down to the list of apps > turn on the button next to WhatsApp Messenger.
If you would like to suggest that the developer considers adding an app for Apple Watch, you can contact them directly via email: support@whatsapp.com

Aug 30, 2016 12:37 AM in response to jimmy1338by Jonathan UK,Note also that how notifications behave depends on the status of your devices and your settings. With Wrist Detection enabled, in order to bring notifications to your attention as soon as possible:
- If your iPhone is unlocked, you will receive notifications on your iPhone instead of on your watch.
- If your iPhone is locked or asleep and your watch is unlocked (regardless of whether the watch screen is asleep or awake) and on your wrist, you will receive notifications on your watch.
- If your watch is locked or has Do Not Disturb enabled, notifications will go to your iPhone.
