Q: Iphone 6 system
A few days ago my iPhone 6 randomly shut off. I've had it for a year and 2 months but it has no damage to it. The screen went white and has stayed white for days. I called apple support and they told me to either try restoring or updating the phone on itunes or going to my service provider, but nothing has worked. The phone will either go to a white screen with black apple logo in the middle or the screen with a charger cable and itunes logo in the middle. other than those two screens it will not turn on. ITunes, service provider, hard reset, i've tried everything and nothing has rebooted the phone. Please help!

Your iPhone is in recovery mode.
Connect to your computer iTunes (version 12.4.3) and do a restore.
