Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding your call history is no longer appearing after updating your iPhone 4s. Accessing call logs can be very important and helpful. I am happy to help.First, I recommend restarting your phone. Restarting can resolve many unexpected behaviors. Please restart using the steps below:
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
- Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
- After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue persists it's possible the software is causing the issue. Restoring in iTunes can resolve many software issues. This allows iTunes to remove the current software and all content, then install a fresh copy of the latest software version. This step does take the phone back to factory settings, so it is extremely important to back up first. Please use the link below for steps to back up and restore through iTunes:
Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
Have a great day!
