Can I use my iphone without a password?
I find it disturbing and annoying to use the password every touch i do and every step - can I cancel this "bug"?
Sure, you can turn off the option of passcode.
Change your passcode or passcode settings
Go to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode. On devices without Touch ID, go to Settings > Passcode.
