Is there any way i can cent-finetune pitches with midi in logic pro x (latest version)?
(i am programming strings and they need to be finetuned a few cents to perfectly harmonize with another instrument)
my only idea is converting the strings and use flexpitch on them, but is there no midi-way?

no, synth based. the midi controls a synth.
an external synth or an internal software instrument synth....?
If its an internal synth... look in projects under running.....
internal software. so this looks good, but how to stretch single notes? (preferrably in the midi editor if possible)
if you want to do the entire track you can use the aupitch plugin (cent modifier in there) but this would apply to all notes on that track.
For single notes you could use midi draw pitch bend or automation
