HI! my iphone 6s randomly shut down by itself completely even if it's sufficeint baterry power. I went to the service twice where they took the baterry tests and said that everything is fine and they have returned. But the problems have not disapper. I can trust if i put an alarm for example because maybe overnight the iphone randomly turn off. Please help

Drain the battery to 0% then re charge to 100%. Do not use the iPhone while it's charging.

The program covers iPhone 6s devices within a limited serial number range that were manufactured between September and October 2015.
Apple advises that, if you have experienced the issue, you should visit an Apple Retail Store or an Apple Authorised Service Provider to have your iPhone examined and the serial number checked to confirm your eligibility for a battery replacement, free of charge.
