Q: iOS 9.3.5 update problem

After I did the iOS update 9.3.5 now my phone says no service?!?

 

My service provider is MetroPCS.

 

I noticed on my General settings and about now it says "Not Available" under Network?!? how can I fix this problem? I have no cell service
