Q: Problems With Music Sync and Offline Playlists

Having a nightmare with Apple music right now.

I tried for the last week to get some playlists to download offline so i can listen when dont have internet etc. Had lots of issues and basically the playlists would not fully download. If i cancelled the download it removed all the tracks that had downloaded. There were some that did show as downloaded onto the phone (Little phone icon next to it) but if you went into the playlist there were songs that were not downloaded.

This was hugely frustrating so i was advised by apple support yesterday to sign out of apple music and sign back in. Well this has made things worse..

I have now only got maybe 15 artists and about 3 songs per artist available on my phone. This is not 'offline' music but apple music - my music

I have about 17k songs on my itunes and all are listed as being synced to apple music. In fact, i have a PC where i store them all and my laptop works fine syncing all this music.

So my phone doesn't have any music on (bar a few songs). So today i manually removed all music from it (in case it was jamming the system up or something). I deleted some tracks manually and some from the storage settings.

I then signed out of apple music again and signed back in.... Same thing! Just a few tracks showing and not syncing my whole library at all! At least before i had the whole library there, but just couldn't get it offline!

Driving me up the wall. Any advice appreciated.
