What have you tried so far to see if it fixes it ? e.g. have you tried :
- If you can’t connect to the iTunes Store - Apple Support
- disconnecting and reconnecting to your network
- closing the App Store app via the phone's taskbar
- done a soft-reset/reboot of the phone
