Q: Safari lost network connection

What ever version of Safari is added to IOS 9.3.2 as I have never seen any updates for it.

Its very strange, some days it will work and then stop for a couple days then work again... its frustrating.  I then use Opera or Puffin to go to the site and have no problems at all.

My Initial post -

"for about a month now my Safari has been not working correctly and seems to be getting worse.  I continually receive a message stating "safari cannot open the page because the network connection was lost" when going to websites I have been visiting for many years.  I can use Opera, Puffin browsers no problem but really want to use Safari.  I have reset the network settings, cleared all browsing files and still have the issue.  I noticed that there is never an update from the app store for Safari as any other apps I have seen.  Any help would be greatly appreciated."

Network settings and DNS is all ran through ATT.  Like I stated before, other browsers work.. if it were a DNS issue I wouldn't be able to get to anything..
