Hello, please help me!
A week ago I finally was able to setup our old printer with my new iMac. The printer was connected to my old computer (Windows 10) so I was able to print via the network through my old computer. Everything worked out perfectly and I could print everything easily. Yesterday, I tried to print a document and I receive this message:"Authorization required" So I entered my password and the message didn't disappeared. After looking on the internet, I went in my keychain, deleted my password for the printer and tried reprinting but it didn't work. SO, I deleted my printer and reinstalled it as I did the first time but now I get this message"Unable to verify printer bla bla bla..." Why, all of a sudden, did it stop working? What can I do to make it work and how can I share the printer with a PC via my iMac? I went in the sharing file to share the printer with everyone but my boss can't have access.
Please help. Hope I was clear....
