so i designed a book
and want to buy it and to send it to toronto
my acount is in israel and so is my credit card
when i put the adress and confirm it give me this notice and doesn't move on to confirm:
The credit card associated with this Apple ID is assigned to the Canada store. If you change the store, you will need to place the order again.
how can i solve it

First, the Apple Print Stores stopped accepting orders from iPhoto on March 31st of this year. Therefore you can't order any print products from Apple with iPhoto.
If you decide to go to Photos and order the book from it the credit card billing address must be in the same country as the delivery address for the order.
There is a 3rd party online book printer that will print and bind books based on the PDF file created by iPhoto or Photos. It's called PrestoPhotos. Several users have used them and have reported favorably on the books they received.
