error 5002

Since the last PC upgrade(12.4.3) have had issues with genius not working. Also had all my songs erased from the library. Had to reload from my player, but some songs are missing. There is a question about song selection as well. It will not let me just click songs to play at random, Will only play them in sequence. Any answers?
