Q: I phone startting

Hello Friends,

 

I have I phone 6 plus 128 GB, iOS 9.3.5. after upgrading iOS from 9.3.4 to 9.3.5 after 2-3 days. my is getting restart  automatically. after that I tried to reset my phone. during that session also my phone got restarted. after that I was trying to re-store from I tunes. I am getting error code. 9.

 

I have tried this with multiple computers, including Mac / Windows.

 

please help

    The following steps often help with erratic behaviour. They assume that all of the content you want on the device is in your library ready for restoring. If it isn't see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device first. I would also recommend you copy everything out of the camera roll if you haven't already.

     

    1. Backup device.
    2. Restore as a new device.
    3. Restore the backup you made earlier.

     

    Use an encrypted backup if you want to preserve passwords, wi-fi settings, web history and health data where appropriate.
