i have 3 iphones i bought from USA , and its stuck on Apple activation and need apple id , and i will come back to my country here no any apple store, also when i am calling to apple too much credit cutting also apple no undertsanding me , also i have proof of purchase , where i will submit proof of purchase , anyone can help me , or anyone can tellme any apple icloud team email or chat , i no possible to call to apple ,
Did you purchase the iPhones secondhand? I ask because it appears they all have an activation lock on them (see here -- for further information Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support).
If that's the case, unfortunately you cannot do anything unless you return the devices to where you purchased them to have the activation locks removed.

this device for me and i have no contact with them .but i have proof

You will have to contact the college, that set it up for you, to have them remove the activation locks.

If your colleague set up the iPhone, you will need to contact him.
There is no other way.
ONLY the owner of the account used to lock the devices can remove the lock. You will need to contact the person who set them up for you and have him remove the activation lock.
There is no way to bypass it.

Why can't you contact him and either get the password or have him remove it from his tracked devices in iCloud? Does this person not have an email address, phone number, postal mail address? I find it hard to believe you cannot contact someone just because you're not in the same country as them. Something about that just does not add up in my thinking.

If you have proof of purchase from an authorized source, then take it and the device to Apple to have the activation lock removed.

It doesn't matter, If you were not the original purchaser of these devices, from Apple or an authorized reseller, as you have been told, only the person that put the lock on the device can remove it.
