If you mean Save PDF to iBooks, it is still there. You may need to scroll over to find it (should be on the top row of options).

    As for the WiFi issue:

    • Settings App > General > Reset Network Settings
    • Try restarting your router

thanks for response.  ith the ibooks issue the processmofmdoing it works it just doesnt save.  the wheeel showing itmis happenind just goes round and round gut mothing happens.  I have done a sodt reset - it saved once then stopped again.  wqs nomproblem before update.  re the wifi - it has now been ok for hours but I ll remember your advice if the poblem recurs.   I woild like to get rid of the updates  that have caused the problems with ibooks.  "If it ain't broke - don't fix it" and I had no problems before the update.

No, you can't "get rid of the updates".

Try a forced restart: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the restart.

If that doesn't work, you may need to consider a full restore: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204686
