iCloud storage/images
If I have imported all of my images from my phone to my MacBook Pro and delete some on my phone from my iCloud library, will they still be on my computer? Or are they deleted on all devices?

If the devices and computer are signed into iCloud with the same Apple ID and are syncing Photos, the photos will be deleted everywhere. iCloud is a syncing system, not an external 'hard drive'. If you delete them on your device, they will delete from iCloud. To increase space available, go Settings/iCloud/Photos and select Optimize iPhone/iPad Storage. That will reduce the space required by about 90% when fully effective.
