Q: Magic Mouse 2 missing functions

El Capitan, 10.11.6 with brand new Magic Mouse 2. Half of functions do not work. My primary thing I want back is the ability to right click.

 

Checked setting in System Prefs for Mouse, unchecked, restarted, checked, restarted. Repair permissions. Deleted com.apple.Bluetooth.plist and com.apple.systempreferences.plist, com

 

Scroll direction works.

Secondary click: left or right does not work.

Smart Zoom does not work.

Swipe between pages works.

Swipe between full-screen apps does not work.

Mission Control does not work.

 

Any help is appreciated.

    And you are absolutely sure you have no Wacom Tablet or pen in the vicinity, no home telephone hub, no new electronic

    equipment, you don't have a thin party wall where similar items the other side won't intrude.   I know it's hard but there are so many potential interference causes.
