Q: apple music issue

I downloaded 9.3.5 on my phone and now I'm having trouble with the volume and Apple Music. Every time I select a song to listen to it gives an error message saying the format is not supported. Sometimes if I click it again it plays. Does anyone know how to fix this? Please help
