Mac air charger stopped working
There are no visible damages to the charger. Is apple able to replace it? Im not under warranty I've had it for 3 years. The charger is a 45W MagSafe 2 Power Adapter.

If it's out of warrant, it's unlikely they will replace it for free, but you can try...
Make sure you first test your Mac with a different cable/charger to make sure it's not the MacBook or its battery that's at fault here.
