If photoshop then good or bad for digital art depends on what art you're doing. Drawing art or photos? because photoshop is, as its name implies, focused on photos, not artwork. There are apps that focus on art work and drawing

Can't seem to find any app titled Photoshoot in the app Store for iOS, so i'm going to say, Photoshoot is made for a different platform, and it would not work on an iPad.
